Slip the door handle through the hole in the door panel. You may have to push up on the panel to get the top of the panel over the door lock rod. Now push at all of the places where the plastic pieces to hold the panel were. Everything should be pretty snug and you can now screw in the couple of screws and then add teh rubber trim piece.
